Dr Beth Pearce initially attended the University of Rochester and then SUNY@ Buffalo where she received a BA in Biology. She then obtained her DPM degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH and completed a (PSR-12) surgical residency at Jacksonville Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Pearce served on the Florida Board of Podiatric Medicine for nearly 14 years, and spent much of that tenure as Board Chair as well as Chair of the Probable Cause Panel. She has been active in that role, supporting the expanded scope of practice in the state of Florida. She has lectured extensively on many topics, including pain management/intervention techniques for the lower extremity; Pearce is presently co-authoring a book on interventional pain management and beginning a fellowship in pain management of the lower extremity. She is a professional member of the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry and is active in the committee to create alternative pathways to certification for our profession. Dr. Pearce is in private practice in St Augustine Florida with a multi-specialty Orthopaedic group and has consistently been voted the “Best of St Augustine” Podiatrist since 1999. She is presently licensed in both Florida and Alaska, practicing since 1982.
